SEO Project (http://www.seoproject.com), an industry portal based in Miami, Florida that is well known for it's search engine optimization discussion forum, has launched their news and articles section over the Christmas holiday weekend. The beta launch, which has been anticipated for some time, has arrived with no major hiccups or setbacks.

The News section includes various subcategories including SEO News, Google, Yahoo, MSN, text link advertising, Linking Strategies, and content development.

There are only a few articles in place at this time, but according to Hugo Guzman, one of SEO Project's founders, new articles will be added on a weekly basis.

"Mike (Maykel Medina) and I have been working feverishly to get this section of the site up and running. For now, I will be supplying the original articles at least once per week, and he will handle most of the SEO news updates. We will soon begin accepting article submissions, but I don't have a specific time table for that yet"

Hugo Guzman is a featured writer for SEOChat.com, and says that he will continue to contribute to that site. "My SEO Chat articles are quite long, and are usually geared to newcomers and webmasters with intermediate SEO skills. The material that I am putting together on SEO Project will be considerably shorter and will be aimed at the more advanced webmaster or website owner.
